RefWorks is an online bibliographic management, writing and collaboration tool. It is designed to help researchers import, manage, store and share references and full-text links to resources. It allows selection and change of a bibliographic style format, automatically generates citations in the selected style within a paper and automatically creates a final bibliography. It is offered free to UA affiliated users.
With RefWorks you can:
- create your own personal folders to store citations
- import references from your institution's databases
- automatically format your papers and bibliographies in seconds
To begin using RefWorks, click on the RefWorks link above and then:
- Click on: Sign Up for an Individual Account
- Enter the appropriate information (including your own personal login and password)
- Click on: Register (to open the program)
- You are now ready to use RefWorks
