Cambridge Dictionary of Scientists - Q 141 C128 1996 Science Reference
A survey of 1300 major figures whose work helped shape modern science.  Entries are alphabetical by the person's last name, and provide vital statistics, nationality, and a summary of their contributions.

NCAR (National Center for Atmospheric Research)
Established in 1960, NCAR serves as a focus for research on atmospheric and related science problems. Areas of study include climate change, changes in atmospheric composition, Earth-Sun interactions, weather formation and forecasting and impact on human society.

Pew Center on Global Climate Change
A non-profit, non-partisan independent organization whose mission is to provide credible information and answers and innovative solutions in the effort to address global climate change. 

University of Arizona Department of Atmospheric Sciences
The Department of Atmospheric Sciences offers a varied program of graduate training and research in the atmospheric sciences and related fields.

World Meteorological Organization

WMO is the United Nation's authoritative voice on the state and behavior of the Earth's atmosphere, its interaction with the oceans, the climate it produces and the resulting distribution of water resources.
