NTIS Bibliographic Database. Springfield, VA: NTIS; and Boston: SilverPlatter, 1983 to present, cumulated on 2 compact discs and updated quarterly, has abstracts. This is an index to technical reports from government sponsored research. The descriptors "Mines" and "Mining" are useful in a search strategy.
